September's full moon, known as Corn Moon, embodies the energy of a closing chapter.

Now is the time to ground yourself gently, find your pocket of peace and protect it, and prepare for the shifting of the season. Embrace life and elevate consciousness.

3 Rituals for the Corn Moon 🌕
1. Gather for a Feast with Family or Friends. Take advantage of seasonal foods and break bread with those you hold dear. Take turns sharing what you are grateful for. Remember to take a moment to set intentions for continued growth.
2. Corn Moon Dream Journal. Tuning into your intuition, hold a grounding stone like jasper. Write in your journal one question seeking clarity. Ask aloud, What am I supposed to learn from this? Sleep with your stone nearby. When you wake, journal what comes up for you.
3. Stillness Meditation. Cultivate inner peace and mindfulness. Find a comfortable seat or lie down. Allow yourself to settle. Feel where you are connected to the ground. Find your breath, feel the breath slowing down and circulating through your whole body. Notice what there is to notice, but allow thoughts to leave as quickly as they surfaced. Take and absorb what you need, leave the rest behind.
