5 Simple Rituals to Welcome Spring Equinox 🌸

As daylight and darkness find balance, it's the perfect time for us to do the same. 

This season invites rebirth and renewal, an awakening from the stillness of winter. Here are five simple rituals to help you step into spring with clear intention:

1. Clear Your Space 🧹
Open the windows, let in fresh air, and tidy a small area of your home. Release old energy and make room for new possibilities. Boom.

2. Set Intentions 🌱
Grab a journal. Plant your seeds. What do you want to grow in your life this season? Keep it simple and in the present tense. Allow it to align with your feelings and dream big. 

3. Create a Nature Altar 🌸
Gather flowers, stones, or greenery from outside. Arrange them in a special place as a reminder of growth, beauty, and connection to the earth. 

4. Move Your Body Gently 🧘🏻♀️
A short yoga sequence, tai chi or chi gong, or even a walk in the sunshine can awaken your energy and help you feel more grounded and alive. Draw your awareness to your breath as you move. Inhaling and exhaling fully. 

5. Dig in the Dirt 🥬
Get your garden ready! Clean up the winter debris and prepare the soil for new growth. Start your seeds. Make a plan for what you are going to put in the ground.
