Harvest Moon: Celebrating Completion of a Cycle

Harvest Moon: Celebrating Completion of a Cycle

October's full moon, known as Harvest Moon, is a time for acknowledging the fruits of your labor, expressing gratitude, and releasing that which no longer serves you. It's a time to pause, reflect, and honor what you've created and prepare for the stillness of winter. It symbolizes the completion of a cycle.

This year's Harvest Moon is a Supermoon, meaning the energy is amplified, awareness is heightened. It is a potent time to realign.

Didn't catch it last night? No worries, it's not a one-night only performance. There's still time to tap into the energies of confidence, balance, fulfillment, gratitude, manifestation, reflection, and release.

Some rituals for the Harvest Supermoon:

🔥 Light candles or a bonfire
🔥 Have a meditative seat or walk in the moonlight
🔥 Set a glass jar of water on a window sill or outside to charge in the moonlight
🔥 Journal: What am I grateful for? What have I cultivated this year? What seeds have I planted that are ready for harvest? What do I need to release right now?
🔥 Dance like nobody is watching or any other kind of movement that calls to you

Let me know how it goes!

xx
