This live virtual offering is the most restorative and regenerative thing you can do for yourself from the comfort of your own home. One hour of Deep Relaxation is equivalent to 8 hours of deep sleep.

Deep Relaxation is a guided meditation. The immediate goal is to induce total relaxation and restoration of the body, mind and spirit. This practice helps restore the central nervous system, organs, and physical body while relieving stress. You are in a comfortable supine resting pose the entire time supported by blankets and/or pillows.
